The Claim & Variation Counsel service is suited to claims in their early stages — before formal responses are dispatched. If a matter has moved to formal dispute proceedings or arbitration, that falls outside the scope of a standard engagement. An introductory conversation can help determine whether a standard service is appropriate.

How long does a pre-tender review typically take?

A standard pre-tender review memorandum is typically delivered within five to seven working days of receiving the contract documents. If a bid deadline falls within a shorter window, this should be raised at the point of enquiry so timescales can be discussed.

Does the fee cover a Thai-language version of the contract?

The Contract Drafting & FIDIC Adaptation service includes preparation of a parallel Thai version where required. This is part of the stated service scope at ฿32,500 — there is no separate fee for the translation component.
