Services & Fees
Three Services, Three Clear Fees
Each service is structured around a defined scope and a written deliverable. Select the engagement that matches the stage of your project.
Back to HomeOur Methodology
How Engagements Are Structured
Each engagement begins with a brief description of the situation from the client — the contract in question, the claim or dispute context, or the tender documents to be reviewed. From that description, the applicable service can be confirmed and the engagement letter prepared.
Work proceeds methodically. For contract drafting, the starting point is always the existing document — the FIDIC edition or framework contract the project intends to use. For claim counsel, the starting point is the contract and the available project records. For pre-tender review, the starting point is the tender contract as issued by the employer.
The output in each case is written — adapted text, an assessment memorandum, or a flagging memorandum. The client receives a document they can use, share with the wider project team, and refer back to over time.
1. Enquiry
Brief description of the matter — contract type, project context, specific question
2. Engagement
Engagement letter confirming scope, fee, and expected delivery timescale
3. Review
Methodical review of the contract documents and any supporting materials provided
4. Delivery
Written deliverable — contract text, assessment, or memorandum — delivered by agreed date

Shared Standards
Protocols Common to All Services
Confidentiality
Project documents and all information shared are treated as strictly confidential. Engagement letters include standard confidentiality provisions.
Thai Bar Registration
All legal services are provided by practitioners registered with the Lawyers Council of Thailand and operating within its professional conduct rules.
Written Deliverables Only
Advice is always delivered in writing — contract text, assessment memorandum, or flagging memorandum. No engagement closes on oral advice alone.
PDPA Compliance
Personal data is handled in accordance with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act. Data provided during an engagement is not used for any purpose outside that engagement.
Defined Timescales
Expected delivery dates are stated in the engagement letter and coordinated with the project's schedule. Tender deadlines and programme milestones are factored into turnaround planning.
Conflict Checks
A conflict-of-interest check is conducted at the point of each new enquiry. If a conflict is identified, this is disclosed before any engagement commences.
